Legalizing marijuana in california

Everyone who lives in California, remember to vote YES on prop 19.

This measure "Legalizes marijuana under California law but not federal law, permits local governments to regulate and tax commercial production, distribution and sale of marijuana."

People 21 and over will be able to possess, cultivate or transport marijuana for personal use.

Drug pushers will lose thousands of dollars of income, the state will gain tons of new tax dollars, reduce some overcrowding in prisons by not punishing marijuana users.

SO VOTE YES ON PROP 19.

  3. not a smoker... but i'm more for this than against it.. most people assume weed is bad, and the benefits from legalizing far outnumber the repercussions

  7. I vote yes by osmosis. I am not a CA voter, but I definitely support this initiative. Decriminalization is only a cop out. Legalization is the way to go. Recognize that... it's just... a plant!
